Casa Awaken One

Casa Awaken is one of two newly built luxury homes in the heart of Playa Guiones, Nosara. Secluded and tucked away in a private cul-de-sac residential street with a spectacular view of the jungle from the back of the house. The Space

You enter the property by first going through our private gate which operates on a key pad system. Plenty of parking outside the house for your vehicles & quad rentals. The house has a keypad lock as well as an alarm system.

On the main floor you have the living room area which offers many seating options for any mood and a big screen smart TV. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need for maximum cooking effeciancy for any meal and the whole house has a premium water filtration system. Whether you're entertaining guests, or making an extravagant brunch rest assured everything is at your finger tips in this stylish cook space of your dreams.

Next to the kitchen is the laundry room stocked with washer/dryer, all natural cleaning supplies, beach toys, yoga mats, a sink, extra linens, drying rack, extra storage, umbrellas and a steamer for your clothes.

The glass wall that attaches to the kitchen on the other side can be fully opened (screen option available) leading you to the outdoor dining table, gas bbq, the bar area and your own private salt water pool which gets cleaned twice per week.

Further, there is a designated working area on the main floor with a desk, chair and proper lighting next to the bathroom by the living room. There's also a bedroom with a king size bed and dressing area as well as its own private bathroom and terrace where you can access the salt water pool.

Upstairs you'll find one bedroom with a queen size bed, private bathroom and access to the balcony over looking the jungle. Next to it is another bedroom offering two custom made bunk beds with its own electrical outlet and lighting for each bed (4 beds total) and a balcony over looking the jungle. At the end of the hall there's another full bathroom.

A unique feature of the house is an attached separate bedroom with a queen size bed, private bathroom and balcony over looking the jungle just to the side of the house with its own private entrance (need to go upstairs to access it).

This 2800 square foot solar energy home also has ample back up power should there be any power outages which are common in Costa Rica. Wifi is strong, fast and more importantly very reliable.

Note: There's AC and a fan in every room of the house. All bathrooms offer all natural shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap along with lots of towels and a hair dyer. Cleaning is offered everyday and there's a security guard on site from 4-10pm. On Tuesdays there's an organic farmers market literally outside the gate and we offer baskets and or tote bags for you to use while you go shopping.
