Casa Awaken Two

Casa Awaken 2 is the last addition to the Awaken homes. Located in the heart of Playa Guiones, Nosara. Secluded and tucked away in a private cul-de-sac residential street with a spectacular view of the jungle from the back of the house. Come experience luxury living in a warm interior designed home set in nature with expansive glass windows that when open, allow a unique connection to nature.

The Space

You enter the property by first going through our private gate which operates on a key pad system. Plenty of parking outside the house for your vehicles & quad rentals. The house has a keypad lock as well as an alarm system.

On the main floor you have the living room area which offers seating options for any mood and a big screen smart TV. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need for maximum cooking efficiency for any meal and the whole house has a premium water filtration system. Whether you're entertaining guests, or making an extravagant brunch rest assured everything is at your finger tips in this stylish cook space of your dreams.

Next to the kitchen is the laundry room fully stocked with washer/dryer, all natural cleaning supplies, beach toys, yoga mats, a sink, extra linens, drying rack, umbrellas, extra storage and a steamer for your clothes.

The glass wall that attaches to the kitchen on the other side can be fully opened (screen option available) leading you to the outdoor dinning table, gas bbq, the bar area and your own private salt water pool that gets cleaned twice per week.

Further, there is a designated working area on the main floor with a desk, chair and proper lighting as well as a spacious full bathroom. There's also a bedroom with a queen size bed and dressing area and its own private terrace.

Upstairs you'll find one bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, walk in closet and access to the balcony overlooking the jungle. Next to it is another bedroom offering two custom made bunk beds with its own electrical outlet and lighting for each bed (4 beds total), a balcony overlooking the jungle as well as a full bathroom. Lastly, we have the 4th bedroom with a queen size bed, private bathroom and a balcony over looking the jungle.

This 3000 square foot solar energy home also has ample back up power should there be any power outages which are common in Costa Rica. Wifi is strong, fast and most importantly very reliable.

Note: There's AC and a fan in every room of the house. All bathrooms offer all natural shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap with lots of towels and a hair dryer. Cleaning is offered everyday and there's a security guard on site from 4-10pm. On Tuesdays there's an organic farmers market literally outside the gate and we offer baskets and tote bags for you to use while you go shopping.

There is no construction happening around the neighbourhood, it's peaceful, private and wild
